Sick!!! Again!

Little Man is sick again! Seriously - we have rarely had a window of more than a few days with both kids healthy over the past month or so.
Little Man started getting sick again yesterday morning - puking and real high fever. Poor kid. Per the on-call nurse's instructions I'm giving him both Tylenol & Ibuprofin and he'll feel better for a bit then it comes back. He's back in bed again right now (10am). I hate it when they're like this, I hate feeling so helpless. He's so pathetic, poor little guy. If he's not doing a little better by the end of the day I might take him in to the doctor.
